Please allow 3 to 5 days lead time before shipping as many of our items are handcrafted. Items that are not handcrafted will ship the next business day
International Orders
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our item prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are shipped through the best available carrier service selected at the time of fulfillment. Please note that international shipments are not insured unless insurance is specifically offered and purchased at checkout or arranged with us before the order ships. Dragon Claw Customs LLC, is not responsible for customs delays, lost international packages, import delays, or fees charged by the destination country. If an international package is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges, any refund issued will exclude the original shipping cost and any return shipping or carrier fees.
